3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
• In the event of cancellation by the organisers, further instructions regarding refunds or rescheduling will be communicated officially.

4. Entry Conditions
• Participants/attendees must carry a valid ticket confirmation for entry.
• Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in an inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive manner.
• Re-entry may be restricted depending on venue policies.

5. Photography & Videography
• Photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded by the organisers.
• DHRITHA 2026, YUVA, and KCWA reserve the right to use event media for future promotions.

6. Event Changes
• The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, programs, performances, guests, venue or timings if required.
• Any major updates will be communicated through official channels.

7. Liability
• Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
• The organisers will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

8. Code of Conduct
• Respectful behaviour towards attendees, performers, organisers, and venue staffs is expected at all times.
• Any form of harassment, violence, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
