1. Eligibility
YUVA membership is open exclusively to individuals of Malayalee origin, aged 18 to 45, who are committed to engaging with and contributing to the community.

2. Membership Approval
Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee membership. The YUVA team will review your application and interest, and you will receive confirmation once your membership is approved.

3. Participation
Members are encouraged to actively take part in YUVA events, programs, and community initiatives. Your involvement helps build a stronger, more connected youth community.

4. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to maintain respectful, inclusive, and positive behaviour during YUVA activities. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

5. Media Consent
By applying for membership, you consent to photographs or videos taken during YUVA/KCWA events being used for promotional materials, reports, and social media purposes.

6. Privacy & Communication
Your contact information will be used only for official YUVA/KCWA communications regarding events, updates, and community news. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

7. Membership Fee
YUVA currently does not charge a membership fee for individuals who are already members of KCWA. Should there be any changes to the membership fee policy in the future, all members will be informed well in advance.

8. KCWA Affiliation
YUVA functions as the youth wing of the Kerala Cultural & Welfare Association (KCWA). Members are expected to uphold the values and community spirit of both YUVA and KCWA.

9. Membership Termination
YUVA reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in case of violation of these terms or any behaviour that goes against the values of the organization.
